Providing for Today’s Youth

The KoN corporation has been an integral part of Sparta Recreation’s Town Basketball program. Matthew Pait started out volunteering his time to coach his brother’s elementary school teams. After they graduated he continued to volunteer his time coaching 7th and 8thgraders for eight years. He then offered to help me develop and direct our town high school basketball program for over 120 students. This required a minimum of 10 hours per season conducting screening processes, drafting teams, and scheduling games. For the next 4 years, the KoN corporation has assigned two supervisors to spend 3 hours each Saturday (10 weeks per year) chaperoning and directing the actual games played. In addition to all of that, they have donated, designed and managed a website for Sparta Recreation where students could see the game results and all notifications regarding the basketball program. Matt exemplifies leadership, organizational skills, and creativity. The most amazing part of all; he and his company does this all as VOLUNTEERS! They give so much to the youth of our Township and to our Community. We are so blessed to have them.

Knoll Heights Village is a design in intimate village living for low and moderate income senior citizens. The Sparta Ecumenical Council, a non-profit sponsor, financially assisted by the New Jersey Housing Finance Agency, is responsible for developing this project. The KoN Corporation is a touchdown sponsor for the Sparta High School Football Booster Club.  We provide an Information Officer Liaison/Adviser to sit at monthly booster club meetings, and donate productions and media services to the club on an ongoing basis.

In the Fall of 2012 we worked with the S.H.S.F.B.C providing contractors to film football games and work closely with the hudl program.  It was a great experience and both parties benefited from working with new technology.

In Spring 2013 Sparta High School Lacrosse Booster Club asked the KoN Corporation to film High School Lax games.  It was an honor to assist them with their needs.

A substantial amount of KoN Contractors are Sparta Alumni. Therefore, it is no surprise that one of the first donations the Key Development Program authorized was the design of is the official website of the Sparta High School Football Booster Club.

The club is responsible for the following:

  • Uniforms
  • Equipment
  • Training Aids
  • Pregame Breakfasts
  • A Video System
